It will be a beautiful fall day in Laramie on Saturday when the 1-6 Wyoming Cowboys host the 1-6 Utah State Aggies. Although under different circumstances, both teams have new head coaches this season. The rivalry was named "Bridger's Battle" when Utah State joined the Mountain West Conference in 2013. This rivalry features one of the most unique trophies in college football: a .50 caliber Rocky Mountain Hawken rifle. The rifle currently resides in Laramie following the Poke's victories in the last two meetings.
