LARAMIE, Wyoming (12/10/24) – Buffalo didn't extend its seven-game win streak Sunday, falling in a shootout at the Los Angeles Rams, 44-42. However, it wasn't for a lack of effectiveness from former University of Wyoming quarterback, Josh Allen.
He put up record numbers in the offensive outburst. He accounted for six touchdowns, three through the air and three on the ground, and it marked the first time in NFL history that occurred.
Allen's record-setting day included 22-for-37 for 342 yards passing. He logged 82 yards on 10 carries via the ground.
For the season, Allen is 252-for-393 for 3,033 yards with 23 touchdowns and just five picks. He's rushed it 80 times for 416 yards and nine scores.
Buffalo, which is 10-3, travels to Detroit in Week 15.

Carl Granderson, New Orleans Saints
Granderson scattered his name all over the stat book in the Saints' 14-11 victory at the New York Giants. He registered four tackles, one pass defended a team-high three quarterback hits.
For the season, Granderson lays claim to 44 tackles, 4.5 sacks, seven tackles for loss, one forced fumble, one pass defended and 12 quarterback hits.
New Orleans, which is 5-8, hosts Washington in Week 15.
Tashaun Gipson, San Fransisco 49ers
Gipson didn't record a stat in the 49ers' 38-13 win over Chicago. For the season, Gipson has yet to log a stat – playing 32 snaps, 23 of which have occurred on special teams – after missing the first six games due to suspension.
San Fransisco, which is 6-7, hosts the Los Angeles Rams on Thursday Night Football.
Chad Muma, Jacksonville Jaguars
Muma didn't record a stat in the Jaguars' 10-6 victory at Tennessee. For the season, Muma has logged 31 tackles.
Jacksonville, which is 3-10, hosts the New York Jets in Week 15.
Andrew Wingard, Jacksonville Jaguars
Wingard didn't record a stat in the Jaguars' 10-6 victory at Tennessee. For the season, Wingard has recorded one tackle.
Jacksonville, which is 3-10, hosts the New York Jets in Week 15.
Frank Crum, Denver Broncos
Crum and the Broncos were idle in Week 14. For the season, Crum has played 33 snaps with 24 of those occurring on special teams.
Denver, which is 8-5, hosts Indianapolis in Week 15.
Treyton Welch, New Orleans Saints
Welch is currently participating on the Saints' practice squad. He has yet to be elevated this season.
Logan Wilson, Cincinnati Bengals
Wilson was placed on injured reserve with a knee injury. For the season, Wilson recorded 104 tackles, two tackles for loss, two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries, four quarterback hits and one pass defended.
Marcus Epps, Las Vegas Raiders
Epps' season came to an end in Week 3. He tore his ACL after a 10-tackle effort. Epps finished the season with 19 tackles and one tackle for loss
